The regional departments of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation unjustifiably refused to include in the insurance record the period of employment for a 53-year-old resident of Vyatskiye Polyany. From 2006 to 2015, the man worked at gas industry enterprises and in the conditions of the Far North. The decision not to include this period in the employment record was motivated by a mistake of the employer, who did not specify the full employment of the citizen in the personal account data.
Therefore, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit to recognize the legal fact and to credit the disputed period to the insurance record. The claims were satisfied. The rights of the applicant are now restored.
