      During the inspection, numerous violations were identified: display cabinets and shelves for medicines were unnumbered and unmarked, and rack cards were absent. Medicines, including those dispensed by prescription, were stored together with other goods. Additionally, there were no labels indicating "by prescription for medicinal products" on the displays and shelves, and price tags did not contain the names of veterinary drugs.

      The department notes that these violations contradict the requirements of the Federal Law "On Circulation of Medicinal Products," the Storage Rules, and the Good Pharmacy Practice Rules for Veterinary Drugs.

      Following the inspection, on July 16, the entrepreneur was issued a warning regarding the inadmissibility of such violations in the future.
