      The department reported that on June 3 of this year, an incident occurred involving a 29-year-old transport network operation and planning engineer at the Kirov branch of one of the mobile operators. An investigation by the State Labor Inspectorate established that on that day, the injured person fell from an extension ladder while performing work and sustained multiple injuries classified as severe based on medical assessment. "The causes of the accident were insufficient oversight of the organization and execution of work by the responsible official, the worker's failure to use personal protective equipment, violation of labor discipline and order, as well as deficiencies in the organization and conduct of training on occupational safety," reported the regional State Labor Inspectorate. The legal entity and responsible officials have been subject to administrative penalties in the form of fines exceeding 300,000 rubles.
