Rakhim Azimov secured funding for the improvement of the rehabilitation center for military personnel.

Rakhim Azimov allocated nearly one million rubles of off-budget funds for these purposes. The work was carried out as efficiently as possible — now the center's patients can relax in the renovated, green, and comfortable area near the building.

The chief doctor of the center, Anna Perestoronina, noted:

"The landscaping work was completed in less than a month. Now our patients have a designated outdoor relaxation area. We thank Rakhim Azimov for his participation and support."

Rakhim Azimov emphasized that support for the institution continues even after the construction is completed:

"We did not leave the center after its opening and will continue to participate in its development to create the most comfortable conditions for the recovery and adaptation of our fighters. Supporting the participants of the special military operation (SMO) and their families is a priority task."

It is worth recalling that the center in Mitino was established in less than a year. Rakhim Azimov secured funding for the capital renovation of the building, and the equipment with modern medical devices was financed from the Kirov region's budget. The center opened in September 2024 and became the first institution in Russia where SMO participants undergo treatment and rehabilitation together with their families. Since its launch, over 420 SMO participants and their family members have already undergone recovery there.
