Members of the Regional Marketing Club visited Kirovo-Chepetsk.
During the visit, a tour of the «KChHK» branch of JSC «Uralchem» was held. Guests visited the production facilities of ammonia, demineralized water, nitric acid, and ammonium nitrate, learned about the fertilizer manufacturing process, as well as the company's social policy. Another point of the tour was the branch’s media center, where visitors tried their hand as news anchors and radio hosts.
The outdoor meeting continued at the Olimp-Arena Ice Palace. After the tour of the sports facility, a roundtable discussion on «Social Partnership between Business and the City» took place. Participants included Kirovo-Chepetsk Mayor Sergey Zavyalov, hockey school director «Olimpia» Denis Koposov, director of the NGO «Center for Support and Development of Hockey in Kirovo-Chepetsk», and Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Kirov Region Alexander Ivanishin.
The attendees discussed the development and popularization of hockey in Kirovo-Chepetsk and proposed options for attracting young athletes to the school.
Alexander Ivanishin, director of the NGO «Center for Support and Development of Hockey in Kirovo-Chepetsk», chief technologist for the nitrogen cycle at the «KChHK» branch of JSC «Uralchem», and Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Kirov Region:
— The priority area of Uralchem’s social policy is supporting youth sports, with particular focus on hockey. The company provides comprehensive financial and organizational support to the hockey school and collaborates extensively with regional authorities, the city administration, and other enterprises to develop youth hockey. Together with marketing specialists, we discussed ideas to promote sports in Kirovo-Chepetsk. I thank all participants for this fruitful meeting.
