The Chuvash sleep 8 hours and 8 minutes daily, and residents of Khakassia only 8 hours and 5 minutes.

      In some regions, the opposite is true—people sleep more than in other areas. According to the data, residents of the Republic of Ingushetia sleep 9 hours and 4 minutes, and in the Kabar-dino-Balkar Republic, they sleep 9 hours and 5 minutes. Moscow residents sleep an average of 9 hours and 12 minutes per day. Residents of Smolensk Oblast sleep an average of 9 hours and 17 minutes.

      It turned out that the residents of the Republic of Adygea spend the least time sleeping—8 hours and 1 minute. The leader in sleep duration is the Chechen Republic, with an average of 10 hours and 5 minutes.
