After the incidents, the owners did not bring the animals to the veterinary clinic within the required 12 hours, as mandated by sanitary norms. They also failed to provide the 10-day isolated observation and did not vaccinate the animals against rabies.
Specialists emphasize that such actions pose a threat to human health and life and violate veterinary regulations for the prevention of rabies spread.
Official warnings have been issued to all three owners.
