Children engaged in dangerous games on the roof of an abandoned building in Kirov.

      Teenagers sneaked onto the construction site on Michurinskaya Street. They went to the top floor and decided to "have some fun" by throwing bricks. One of the bricks hit a resident's car from Kirov. The vehicle was parked on the courtyard of a neighboring residential building at 1 Michurinskaya Street. This time, the teenagers could not be detained: by the time the police arrived, no one was left on the site. Meanwhile, a dent remained on the car roof, and the damage was estimated at over 20,000 rubles.

      Incidentally, this is not the only case. Residents of nearby buildings told representatives of the Kirov branch of the All-Russian People's Front that teenagers deliberately throw bricks at their balconies, aiming at them. People are concerned that pedestrians could be harmed. There is also a kindergarten nearby.

      Earlier, activists already pointed out the danger of the building. It is dangerous even for children who manage to get onto the site, as there are "traps" in the form of hidden pits and shafts inside the building, and the stairs are completely destroyed. Previously, a solid fence was installed on the side of the residential building, a security guard was hired, and the windows and doors were boarded up. But after a year, the guard disappeared, and children and teenagers access the territory through mesh gates made of chain-link fencing. All previously boarded-up openings are now broken.

      Kirov residents have once again turned to the ONF. Representatives of the branch clarified that the affected person can contact the owner of the incomplete building directly and seek compensation through the court, while activists may need to remind the owner of his obligation to secure the site and monitor its safety with the help of the prosecutor's office.
