Residents of Kirov are complaining about the commuter train to Kirovo-Chepetsk.
Let us recall that in the middle of the month, a commuter train was launched in the region from Kirov to Kirovo-Chepetsk and back. And, it would seem, this is good news for local residents, but there have still been some issues.
According to a woman from Kirov interviewed by Newsler, the conditions for those arriving in Kirovo-Chepetsk are not well thought out at all:
“People get off the train, and there is only one bus waiting. Whoever manages to board, gets a seat; those who don’t, are left behind. I had to walk to the city on foot. It is a 20–25 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. In fact, you have to walk right along the road. And also across a bridge that has no fences at all. How are people supposed to get around? And what if it’s a child or an elderly person? Basically, if nobody picks you up by car, there’s no way to get there.”
Local residents are also unhappy with the situation. One can only hope that the authorities pay attention to this problem and at least take some measures.
