Experts warn about a new scam scheme involving a fake government services aggregator.

The Presidential Academy (RANEPA) warns about a new internet and telephone fraud scheme. It is connected to a non-existent “Unified State Services Aggregator.”

Fraudsters call people and introduce themselves as technical support staff. They talk about alleged legislative changes and the need to connect to a unified system through which all government services are supposedly now provided. After that, the caller is asked to follow a link, install an application, or provide a code.

In reality, no such platform exists. These actions are intended to gain access to personal information, especially to accounts on the “Gosuslugi” portal.

Experts advise that if you receive such calls or messages, you should immediately end the conversation, not engage in dialogue, and under no circumstances provide any information. It is also important to warn your relatives, as these schemes target a wide audience — from young people to pensioners.
