The prosecutor's office helped a woman whose son was missing in her home to get social benefits

      A woman contacted the prosecutor's office of the Podosinovsky district. It turned out that her son participated in a special military operation, but in January last year, while performing combat missions, he went missing.

      An elderly woman turned to the prosecutor's office for help due to the fact that she does not have the opportunity to exercise her right to receive state support measures. In this regard, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit to recognize the legal fact of the death of the missing person. The demands were recognized as legitimate and justified.

      The court's decision has entered into force. It is the basis for assigning payments to the mother and the minor son of the participant of the social security Fund of all social security benefits and pensions provided for by law.
