According to the crash registration service downdetector.info , 84% of complaints about the general failure were registered. Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan (15%), Irkutsk Region (12%) and Orenburg Region (8%) complained most often about the work of a mobile operator and the lack of communication. 8% of complaints were received from the Trans-Baikal Territory, 7% from the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
In the comments, subscribers reported that the mobile connection was lost around 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, and as of 6 p.m. it has not appeared so far.
The mobile operator himself explained the massive failure with "equipment modernization work." However, he could not answer the question of when the cellular connection would start working, apologizing "for the inconvenience."
Residents of the city of Kirov also complain about the lack of cellular communication of this operator. As noted by Kirov residents, there has been no connection for about an hour.
