
Expenses for employees with disabilities will be compensated
According to the department of the Social Fund for the Kirov region, employers can receive subsidies for the creation and equipping of workplaces for people with disabilities.
Compensation will be provided if the organization employs disabled people of groups I and II, as well as combat veterans with any disability group. The maximum amount of payment is 200 thousand rubles per workplace.
Organizations can use such government support to cover the costs of purchasing work equipment, special furniture, and machinery, as well as their installation and installation. Compensation can also be used for workplace equipment at home, if such a form of work is stipulated in the employment contract.
Workplaces are set up taking into account the individual needs of each employee and the recommendations given to him. Group adaptation of working conditions is also possible if several employees have similar disorders of body functions.
To receive a subsidy, an employer must meet a number of conditions. The main thing is that an employee with a disability must be employed by the organization for at least 9 months. You can apply for compensation within three months of signing the employment contract.
The Employment Service will check the submitted documents for 15 days. If necessary, the commission can come to the organization to check the equipped workplace.
Upon successful completion of all checks, the application will be sent to the Department of the Social Fund for the Kirov region, from where the employer will receive compensation within 10 days.
