27 deputies voted against Mamayev's holiday.

      As we wrote earlier, the Legislative Assembly committees on legislation and regulations recommended rejecting Sergei Mamaev's bill on the introduction of Soviet Power Day in the Kirov region. Recall that he proposed to install it on December 14.

      At the plenary session of the Legislative Assembly, despite the decision of the relevant committees, this issue was included in the agenda. Mamaev again made a speech about the importance of introducing the holiday. However, only five people were convinced by this speech. Seven more abstained, and 27 deputies voted against, which decided the fate of the bill. As at the committee meeting, none of those present commented on this decision.
