"Poor grandpa Kinzler" was awarded a subsidy of three billion rubles.

Simultaneously with the "decision on Yuri Kinzler", the court held jointly and severally liable the "nominal heads" of Yamalstroygazdobycha Trust CJSC Sergey Skritsky, Evgeny Kladov and Vladimir Vinogorov, assigning them one percent of the total amount of penalties.

In February of this year, 32 million rubles worth of interim measures were imposed on the property and money of the "nominal values" so that the "community of beneficiaries" would not be able to sell or donate "hard-earned personal assets" to relatives. And also — in connection with the suspension of the case on repayment of debts of YASGD to creditors until the "clarification of the amount of the subsidy", which has a clear upward trend (back in February, the amount was two billion).

By the way, Yuri Kintsler, the former co-owner of Trust Yamalstroygazdobycha CJSC and the owner of YASGD LLC, successfully coped with the "loss" of personal obvious assets. Who, after serving four years of imprisonment in one of the Kirov colonies (for illegally withdrawing assets of CJSC in favor of LLC), first crossed himself off the Forbes list. And he appeared before the metropolitan court as a "feeble and sick old man" who had nowhere to live and nothing to drive.

So the "trusting and merciful Themis of the capital" lifted the arrest from the "only dwelling and car", returning to Yuri Eduardovich a mansion in the Moscow region with an area of 600 square meters.m. (KEYZ Drozdovo-1) and Rolls-Royce.

The court did not pay attention to the creditors' statements that Kinzler probably has a personal yacht and residential real estate in Montenegro (and not only in Europe), since the results of the search for the wealth of one of the wealthiest people in Russia before sentencing still do not appear in the materials of the criminal case. And here, as usual, if you are not caught, you are not a thief.

Interestingly, representatives of the Kirov "victims", not counting the Federal Tax Service, whose residual debt today, according to the Federal Labor Inspectorate, exceeds 50 million rubles, sensibly offered to "sell Kinzler's property and pay off salary debts." And with the remaining funds, "we will buy him a house and a car." But the court did not appreciate the "reasonable joke."

But in the investigation documents there is a certificate of the presence of 62 million euros in one of Kinzler's foreign accounts. That in terms of "our money" amounts to more than five and a half billion rubles today. Despite the fact that in the criminal trial in the Kinzler case, Judge Maslennikov refused the state prosecution's request to attach it to the case file.

13 years of hard crawling to the finish line

It should be recalled that back in 2012, at the initiative of the Board of Directors of Trust YASGD CJSC, under the chairmanship of Yuri Kintsler, bankruptcy proceedings were initiated, which was officially explained by the fact that 300 million salary and tax arrears had accumulated. As Yuri Eduardovich explained in a private interview at the Trust's Moscow office at the time, "the partners were just tired of dealing with the company" because of "age and other interests."

At the same time, Kinzler claimed that all claims of all creditors, but only the salary debt of Kirov employees of YASGD amounted to about one hundred million, would be satisfied, since the company's bankruptcy estate was about three billion rubles at face value.

However, according to the investigation materials, Yuri Eduardovich was lying a lot, since a significant part of the Trust's assets was transferred to the company he founded, YASGD LLC, mainly in the form of construction equipment for work in the north (about a billion rubles) and contracts.

However, in 2016-2017, it became obvious that, at least, the bankruptcy estate had "dissolved" by another one and a half billion rubles, and the creditors who remained with nothing, and the investigation reasonably believed that not only Kinzler, but also the liquidators, as well as a good dozen bankruptcy administrators, could have had a hand in the loss of billions. However, the local investigation brought only Yuri Eduardovich to the verdict.

However, at first, each of the other "accomplices" escaped with a slight fright, having undergone several interrogations and participated in trials as a witness. But today, 13 years later, when the "judicial millstones" gained momentum under the pressure of a representative of the employees of the YASGD, the regional branch of the free trade unions SOTSPROF, the "contestants" are forced to take tens of millions of rubles "out of their personal bins" in order to avoid a stage and a "bust." (The material about others who particularly distinguished themselves in the "squandering of assets" of YASGD will be published in the next publication, i.e. About).

How to shit in your pocket

Interestingly, a decade and a half ago, when the Trust "went into bankruptcy," the head of the Board of Directors, Yuri Kintsler, was absolutely confident that the bankruptcy estate would be more than enough to pay off all debts — even with the "thoughtful possible greed" of the bankruptcy administrators. However, today the court recognized his personal responsibility for settlements with creditors, the largest of which is the tax service, which has submitted a arrears of just under one and a half... billions of rubles (initially the total amount of debt did not exceed 300 million).

As Igor Bondar, the head of the Kirovsky SOTSPROf, explained, it was all the fault of Yuri Eduardovich's "carelessness and gullibility", to whom, already in the third year of the bankruptcy proceedings, it was obvious that the work of the "bankruptcy managers" was definitely not aimed at the benefit of creditors, employees of YASGD and Kinzler himself (as in 2015-m reported the statement to the police).

Interestingly, over the past six years of litigation, the Federal Tax Service has come out three times with a proposal to "close the Trust case", because there is nothing to repay the debts, although it has a certificate from Rosfinmonitoring about the presence of 62 million euros in Kinzler's foreign account. But even the active resistance of the employees of YASGD was unsuccessful until their complaint was received by Vladimir Putin (in 2018), after which, or rather, after the resolution "to sort out and close the issue," the meetings continued.

This year, the last bankruptcy trustee, Tatiana Svetlova, also said that "it's time to close the YASGD case, because she... "there's nothing to get a salary from," because "the two-billion-dollar competitive mass has ended." In response, the local Themis allegedly offered creditors (salary debtors) to continue the bankruptcy procedure... deposit the court from 500 thousand to one million rubles.

However, at the request of the employees of YASGD, the court nevertheless sent a request to the Federal Tax Service, from where they reported that they had no information, since no accounting or tax audits had been conducted for five years - from 2020 to 2024. And the arrears of 1.4 billion rubles are a tax on the vehicles of the Trust, which, according to Svetlova, have not been available for a long time, but according to tax documents exist.

By the way, Yuri Eduardovich privately confirmed that there is no transport, but not because it does not exist in nature, but because he was assured that "they would not find it."

Also, as stated in court, the tax service does not have information about the company's current salary arrears and other debts to creditors. And even at the court's demand to "grant" Svetlova remains stoically silent.

As Igor Bondar explained, employees of YASGD have repeatedly asked Alexander Sokolov for help, as the governor of the region and the leader of the United Russia regional department, but they have not received a response. So, a complaint was sent to Vladimir Putin again, the result of which, the AP hopes, will be the possibility of collecting 15-year-old debts from those brought to subsidiary responsibility.

And this June, employees of YASGD, who are members of the primary organization SOTSPROf, sent a letter to Dmitry Medvedev, informing the leader of the United Russia party about the inaction of the regional branch and asking him to take personal control of the issue of the "bankruptcy" of the Trust.
