      According to the city administration, according to the new driving pattern, it will be possible to enter three lanes from Gorky Street to the intersection with Moskovskaya Street, and one lane in the opposite direction. The Kirov City Hall explained that the measure is being introduced to increase the capacity of this section of the road.

      "Markings have been applied to the roadway, signs indicating the direction of movement along the lanes have been installed. There is a parking pocket on Gorky Street on the side of the courthouse, where cars are allowed to park only along the curb. A corresponding sign will be installed here today," the Kirov City Improvement directorate said.The city administration noted that in the future, three-lane traffic may appear on Surikov St. and Khlobozavodsky Passage at the exit to the intersection with Vorosky. These changes are currently being coordinated with the State Traffic Inspectorate.
