At SPIEF 2025, an agreement was signed on the integrated development of the territory in Kirov
On June 20, 2025, as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), an agreement was signed between Alexander Sokolov, Governor of the Kirov Region, and three leading developers in the region. One of the parties to the agreement is the Kirovsky SSK construction company.
The project covers the territory along Lipatnikov Avenue — towards the Novovyatsky district, on the continuation of the Chistye Prudy residential area. It is planned to build about one million square meters of housing here. The site is intended for multi-storey buildings and will be provided with the necessary infrastructure: schools, kindergartens, clinics, sports facilities, commercial areas, as well as a road network and a park area.
— This is an important stage in the development of urban space and a significant step in our cooperation with the region. We have already started designing, and the first houses will appear within the next five years. It is planned to complete the construction by 2045," said Ivan Krutikhin, General Director of Kirovsky SSK.
In addition to multi-storey construction, the developer presented at SPIEF 2025 another area of work — low-rise individual housing. These are detached and block-up houses with an area of up to 160 m2 and a height of no more than three floors. The project is based on modern construction technology, which allows work to be carried out at any time of the year, ensures high energy efficiency and fast construction speed. Housing can be purchased without finishing, or in a fully finished form — with finishing touches and furniture.
The new format aroused the interest of both Russian regions and foreign participants of the forum.
Kirovsky SSK has been operating in the construction market since 1976 and is one of the largest companies in the region. According to the Unified Resource of Developers, in 2024 the company took the first place in terms of housing commissioning in the Kirov region. The company will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year.
