A young man who stole an acoustic system from a car was punished in Kirov.

      On the night of July 30-31 last year, two Kirov residents secretly stole an acoustic system from Lada Samara, which was parked at house No. 87B on Oktyabrsky Prospekt. By the way, the value of the stolen was 65 thousand rubles. So, at the time of the theft, the 21-year-old defendant entered the car, and his 19-year-old friend was monitoring the surrounding environment.

      A criminal case was opened against Kirov residents. They were found to have committed a crime under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft committed by a group of persons by prior agreement). Taking into account the gravity and public danger of the crime, personal information, the commission of a crime with a previous criminal record and other data, the court sentenced the 21-year-old defendant to a final sentence of two years and seven months in prison to be served in a correctional colony of general regime.

      The stolen property was returned to its rightful owner. Taking into account these circumstances, the criminal prosecution of the 19-year-old accused was terminated on the basis of Article 25 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation for reconciliation of the parties.
