
14 Kirov NGOs "took" presidential grants
At the meeting of the Coordinating Committee, the results of the second competition for the allocation of presidential grants for the development of civil society in 2025 were summed up. It should be noted that grants are allocated for the implementation of social, cultural, educational and other socially significant non-profit projects.
According to the press service of the GFI in the Kirov region, the Fund received a total of 10,800 applications from 89 regions of the country. 1,640 NGOs from 86 regions of Russia were recognized as winners: projects that received the highest scores based on the results of an independent expert examination. The total amount of financing for the winning projects will amount to 4.2 billion rubles.
In the second Presidential Grant competition, 14 public and autonomous non-profit organizations were recognized as winners. 24.136 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the winning projects from the Kirov region. Grants will be awarded to such organizations as: "Union of Women", "Knowledge", "Our children", "Our time", "Singles.No", "My Tree", "Vyatka Fatherland", "Project Office Noon", "Museum and Exhibition Center On Spasskaya", "Center for Innovative Development of Culture and Art", "Without Borders", "Center for Training and International Cooperation", the Dobrodely Charitable Foundation and the regional public organization of disabled people with multiple sclerosis.
It should be noted that the largest grant in the amount of 6.767 million rubles for the implementation of the project "Life in Joy" will be received by the Kirov regional public organization of disabled people with multiple sclerosis. "For the first time, comprehensive work will be carried out in the Kirov region to reduce anxiety levels in people with a severe incurable disease," the press service of the GFI reported.
