      A slightly smaller number of respondents indicated that having large employers and a developed economy are important to them. Residents of the region also pay attention to the ecology, the atmosphere of the city and interesting tourist places. These aspects are significant for almost every fifth participant in the survey.

      About 12% of respondents are ready to move to another region for an attractive job. The history, climate, cultural life, and administrative status of the Territory are of much less interest to the study participants.

      Women are more likely than men to talk about the importance of the region's development. If we consider age, people from 25 to 34 years of age are more likely to respond this way. If we take professions, this criterion becomes a key one when choosing a place of residence among IT specialists, marketers, and education professionals.
