The owner of an agricultural land plot in the Kumensky district of the Kirov region was brought to administrative responsibility for not using the land for its intended purpose.
The inspection on April 9, 2025 was conducted by the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kirov Region, the Udmurt Republic and the Perm Territory in coordination with the prosecutor's office. The inspectors found that the 14.7-hectare site had not been used for agricultural production for more than three years and was completely overgrown with trees.
The owner, an individual, was given an order to eliminate violations. On June 5, 2025, the copyright holder was fined 3,000 rubles under Part 2 of Article 8.8 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation. Control over the implementation of the order will continue.
