For a long time she did not fulfill her parental duties, her debt exceeded 400 thousand rubles. Bailiffs seized the property, regularly interviewed the debtor and ensured that she underwent treatment for alcohol addiction.
After the rehabilitation course, the woman got a job, began to earn money and began to repay the debt. As a result, she paid off the debt in full and filed an application to the court for restoration of parental rights.
The court supported her, and now the children are living with their mother again. Enforcement proceedings have been terminated.
