As noted in the press service of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor, it is necessary to have a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion on the use of a water body for recreational purposes. Thus, before the start of the bathing season, 35 beaches in the Kirov region must be assessed for compliance with the requirements of sanitary regulations.

      Citizens are reminded that the use of undeveloped places exposes the life and health of the population to unjustified risk: injuries can occur, as well as outbreaks of various infectious diseases. The operation of the beach without a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion entails administrative responsibility.

      Owners of recreational areas on water bodies are urged to equip beaches in a timely manner and obtain the necessary conclusion. At the moment, local governments have not yet applied to the Department for such a document.
