A local resident who issued a fictitious registration of an Egyptian citizen in his apartment was sentenced in the Yuryansky district. In fact, the foreigner was not going to live there, and the landlord knew this in advance.
The men applied for registration through the MFC. After registration, the foreigner left for Kazan and never returned to the Kirov region. The check showed that the apartment was empty, and the neighbors confirmed that they had not seen anyone new in the house.
The court recognized the actions of a resident of the district as a violation of the law. The man fully admitted his guilt and repented. The court took into account mitigating circumstances, including the absence of criminal records and the presence of small children, and imposed a fine of 20,000 rubles. The decision has entered into force.
