Bear tracks found near a pond in Yaransky district

      After reports on social media about bear tracks near the Savinsky pond in the Yaransky district, representatives of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and a hunting user went to the site.

      The check showed that the animal passed by and headed towards the fields and woods. No traces of bear activity were found near the reservoir.

      Experts note that bears are especially active at this time of year, but they try to avoid people. However, there is always a chance to meet a wild animal in the wild.

      Local residents are asked to remain cautious and, if footprints or the animal itself appear in populated areas, immediately report it by calling 112 or the local administration.
