      Throughout the month, the project participants attended lectures and practical classes to learn how to conduct tours of the enterprise for schoolchildren, students, new employees, partners and other guests.

      During the classes, the staff studied all stages of the production of mineral fertilizers — from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of finished products. We worked on public speaking and the ability to interact with the audience. The final stage was the exam, where each participant conducted a tour of one of the key workshops of the plant. At the end of the course, graduates were awarded certificates and gifts.
