So the "Vyatka fountain effect" can be created manually in your own bathroom or in the country, if you use two or three sprinklers or sprinklers at the same time. That's only half the cost of a two-day Vyatka—Polyansky "gulbarium", taking into account the conversion of educational institutions into hostels, providing three days with three meals a day for police officers from Kazan and even the appearance of their own racetrack - because what kind of Sabantuy without racing.

      And the carelessly named by the head of the region, the cost of a new 180 million project, probably no less odious than the Gates of the Russian North, as an instantly decrepit pillar of the Vyatka tourist Mecca, excessively excited the Kirov builders, according to whom the cost of the object is overestimated five to six times. And this is without taking into account the fact that there is no need to supply water to the fountain and build reservoirs.

      "Therefore, there is an assumption," one of the experts shared his thoughts, "that after completion of construction (the contractor will have to master almost 200 million in June-July in order to preserve the facility in September by May 2026, which is not a free task for the city budget), Veuve Clicquot will flow through the fountain (the price of a bottle is from 10 to 45 thousand rubles). This will probably justify the cost of a new "monument".       By the way, a government source has a different opinion about the likely settlement with Gref. Although I agree that both versions have the right to "co-exist": "If the debt is red, then the payment should not equal the debt."

      As the source explained, Sberbank will probably take over the building of the Physical Education Laboratory, which is adjacent to Charushin's house, and the land plot under it. And negotiations that the Kirov office and the Sberbank school would be built on the site of the old school building were allegedly conducted a year earlier.
