Passenger traffic and quality of service: the results of the work of the Kirov AIRPORT for the week

      JSC "Motor Transport Enterprise" (ATP) Kirov presented a report on the work over the past week. Passenger traffic on urban routes amounted to 618 thousand trips, of which 403 thousand were made by buses, and 215 thousand by trolleybuses. Interestingly, 17% of all trips are paid for in cash.

      The situation with the release of vehicles on the line has shown positive results: more than 90% of the required number of transport units have reached the routes.

      Special attention was paid to vehicles equipped with a contactless payment system. Violations were detected on 5 buses and 3 trolleybuses of this system: routes No. 21 and No. 52 (buses) and No. 7 (trolleybus) recorded the largest number of cases when passengers "forgot" to pay for travel. In response to these facts, the control and audit service will strengthen its visits to these routes.

      Also, as part of the incident management system, which analyzes passenger requests on social media, 122 complaints were recorded regarding the operation of public transport in the city. Of these, 17 were directly related to ATP. The most frequent topics of appeals are traffic schedules, the behavior of crew members, and background information issues.

      To improve the quality of service and ensure the safety of transportation, including against the background of an increased number of requests, two special training sessions were conducted for crew members.

      In addition, three breaks occurred on the contact trolleybus network, which took more than 7 hours for the power supply service to eliminate.

      The ATP notes that such operational measures make it possible to quickly respond to problems and improve the quality of passenger service.
