Probably, first-graders will be recruited not for two, but for three classes, so you can mentally add 180 more students. But there will still be more than three hundred empty "seats". And this is provided that the lessons will take place only in one shift. Since the full load of the school, which operates in two shifts, is slightly less than 2.5 thousand people.

      And here it is difficult not to recall the repeated speeches of Deputy Vladimir Zhuravlev, who insisted on making changes to the school project in the form of installing a gas boiler room. Which will save hundreds of thousands of rubles on heating and water heating, since the temperature needed for children is regulated by "turning one tap". While central heating will "suck out budget money around the clock" for 9 months from half a day of an empty building.

      But the shortage of students is not the biggest problem for the new school, but rather a temporary success, since the educational institution is likely to experience an acute shortage of teaching staff. Despite the fact that the school's management, as they say, is strictly forbidden to "lure teachers from other educational institutions." So, as the working teachers noted, there is simply nowhere to look for new teachers.

      By the way, one of the most overloaded schools in Kirov, 24th (730 students), located next door, will move into the vacated building of the 28th school. And relocation will be much easier, as the new settlers will leave furniture and equipment in the building.
