On June 16 last year, on the territory of one of the children's camps in the Omutninsky district, a teenager was injured in the form of a broken forearm bone at the time of jumping from a swing. At the same time, camp counselors did not properly monitor the children. There were no documents confirming the equipment's compliance with safety standards. In this regard, the swing was dismantled after the incident.
The prosecutor appealed to the court with a claim for compensation for moral damage. The demands were recognized as legitimate and justified, and compensation in the amount of 150 thousand rubles was collected from the regional public organization "Assistance to Children, Youth and Family Recreation" in favor of the teenager.
