Kirov resident with a gas canister sneaked into the train station
Employees of the patrol and post police service of the Kirov linear department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia patrolled the territory of the railway complex on transport. At some point, they saw a 37-year-old Kirov resident who entered the station, bypassing the checkpoint.
It was established that a little earlier, during the passage of the inspection area at the central entrance of the railway station, a man found a gas canister in his jacket pocket. According to the safety rules, a citizen with a device loaded with a tear agent was not allowed to enter the station. At the same time, the Kirov resident nevertheless entered the territory of the station: he climbed over the guardrails of the transition bridge. There he was stopped by patrol guards of the Kirov linear department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on transport.
A protocol was drawn up against a resident of Kirov on an administrative offense under Part 3 of Article 11.15.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Failure to comply with transport safety requirements, committed intentionally." He was sentenced to a fine of 10,000 rubles.
