More than 38 thousand residents of the region underwent reproductive medical examination
Since the beginning of the year, more than 38 thousand residents of the Kirov region have undergone reproductive health examinations. Medical examination is aimed at improving the health of future parents.
The procedure includes a range of measures: from diagnosis and treatment to lifestyle recommendations. Specialists help to adjust nutrition, body weight, level of physical activity, give up bad habits and eliminate diseases that can affect the conception and bearing of a child.
All residents of the region from 18 to 49 years old can be examined. The program includes special screenings to identify diseases and risks that can complicate pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery from them.
