The Federal Bailiff Service reported that, in accordance with Russian law, there are a number of social benefits from which bailiffs do not have the right to collect debts.
In particular, these include various "child" payments, namely:
benefits related to pregnancy and childbirth, including maternity and maternity benefits, as well as other measures to support young parents
maternity capital
, survivor's benefits
, alimony payments
, compulsory social insurance (with the exception of old-age pension insurance, disability insurance pension and funded pension)
