The State Labor Inspectorate additionally investigated the emergency at the ABBA RUS plant

      The State Labor Inspectorate, in connection with the receipt of an appeal from a victim at work who did not agree with the conclusions of the employer's commission, conducted an additional investigation into the accident. According to the department, the investigation established that an industrial accident occurred on March 19 of this year with a 39-year-old machinist of packaging machines at the ABVA RUS branch in Kirov: an employee was injured as a result of her fingers being pinched between the elements of the equipment.

      According to the department, the causes of this accident were the failure of the workplace of the machinist of the packaging machines with a protective fence around the area of moving parts of the equipment, the violation of labor regulations and labor discipline by the employee, as well as the failure of responsible officials of the enterprise to monitor the progress of work by the employee.

      "Based on the results of the accident investigation, the employer has been issued an order to eliminate violations and approve an Act of form H-1. According to the violations revealed during the investigation, the issue of bringing a legal entity and responsible officials to administrative responsibility is being considered," the regional State Labor Inspectorate said.
