According to the Cian.Analysts, in May, the average rental rate for a studio apartment in Kirov was 18.7 thousand rubles per month. This is the lowest indicator among the 40 major Russian cities included in the study. It decreased by 0.5% over the month.
In Russia, in 29 of the 40 cities analyzed, long-term rental rates either increased or remained unchanged. Experts believe that this is due to the traditional summer increase in activity in the real estate market.
