Kotelnich interdistrict prosecutor's office has secured the return of 62-year-old local resident of the money stolen by fraudsters. Earlier, the woman transferred 200 thousand rubles to the attackers.
It turned out that the stolen money was sent to the account of a resident of the Samara region, who was used by fraudsters as a figurehead. Police officers confirmed this fact during operational activities.
To restore the rights of the victim, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit demanding the return of the entire amount, as well as to collect interest for the illegal use of funds. The court reviewed the case and fully satisfied the requirements.
