However, contrary to the requirements of anti—corruption legislation, information about the conclusion of an employment contract with a former civil servant was not sent within the prescribed time at his former place of service - to the regional administration of the Federal Migration Service of Russia.
According to this fact, the city prosecutor opened an administrative offense case under Article 19.29 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (employment of a former municipal employee who held a position included in a special list in violation of the requirements of anti-corruption legislation).
The official was sentenced to a fine of 20,000 rubles.
