Kirovspetsmontazh confidently occupies the first place. This company is building 113,814 square meters of housing as of the specified date. The second place is occupied by the company "Zhelezno" with an indicator of 93,957 square meters. Kirovsky SSK closes the top three with 69,153 square meters of facilities under construction.
The top five also included KINO Development (22,311) and Mayakovskaya (19,075). It is noteworthy that the PS Real Estate company was able to improve its position in the rating, rising by three positions and taking sixth place with a construction volume of 11,998 square meters. In total, the rating includes 16 developers in the region.
