Today, on April 23, a court session was held in the Kirov Regional Court, where lawyers' complaint against the extension of the preventive measure in the form of detention to lawyer Anton Dolgikh was considered. As reported in Dolgikh's telegram channel, the complaint was denied. Anton Vitalievich remains in custody. Today he attended a meeting on the VKS.
On April 11, the court granted the investigation's request, extending Dolgikh's stay in jail for two months and two days. The court reasoned that the investigative actions were still ongoing. Read more about it here.
