The Kirov region will clarify the rules for granting land to large families
Today, the committee members reviewed the draft law, which is proposed to be adopted in two readings. He introduces amendments to the regional law on the free provision of land plots to citizens with three or more children.
The bill proposes to supplement the grounds for refusing to register a large family for obtaining a land plot. Now they will be able to refuse if the family is already registered in another municipality of the region. Also, the reason for the refusal will be an earlier decision on the provision of land or a one-time cash payment in return for the plot.
In addition, the reasons for de-registering the family are being clarified. This will happen if the local authorities receive information that the applicant has already received a cash payment in return for the land. They will also be removed from the register in the event of the applicant's death or upon the entry into force of a court decision on the deprivation or restriction of his parental rights. In the event of the death or deprivation (restriction) of parental rights of a person who was registered, his priority may be retained by another parent or guardian, if he agrees to this.
The Committee supported the bill. It will be considered at the plenary session of the Legislative Assembly on Thursday.
