Schoolchildren of the Kirov region took part in the All-Russian action "BumBatl"

On April 15, an educational eco-lesson was held at school No. 26 in Kirov, dedicated to the Day of Environmental Knowledge and the All-Russian BumBatl campaign. The purpose of the event is to form a culture of responsible consumption and caring for the environment among schoolchildren.

Olga Zhenikhova, Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection of the Kirov Region, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. She stressed the importance of participating in such initiatives: "Boombatl is a great chance to take care of nature and contribute to the conservation of our forests. It's nice to see so many caring people!"

The Ecocenter staff told the students about the history of paper, its role in human life and the importance of recycling waste paper. The students learned how recycling helps preserve natural resources, and actively participated in quizzes and discussions.

The event ended with the delivery of waste paper to the ecomobile. The students brought old notebooks, newspapers, cardboard — everything they had accumulated was sent for recycling. Each participant of the action became a part of a great cause for nature conservation.

The "BumBatl" campaign is held within the framework of the national project "Ecological Well-being" and is aimed at improving the environmental situation in the country. Participation in it helps to form a responsible attitude towards nature and the resources of the planet among the younger generation.
