An unemployed woman was unreasonably deprived of her allowance

      According to the prosecutor's office of the Kirov region, the reason for the inspection was the appeal to the prosecutor's office of an unemployed resident of the Sovetsky district. The woman complained about the illegal decision of the territorial employment center to suspend her payment of social unemployment benefits. As the woman noted, the reason for the termination of the payment was her allegedly untimely appearance at the employment center.

      During the check, the information about the violation of the woman's rights was confirmed.

      Acting in the interests of a resident of the Sovetsky district, the prosecutor made a submission, following which an official of the employment center was brought to disciplinary responsibility. The woman has been restored to her social rights, and additional social benefits have been paid to her.
