      According to the power engineers, in 2019, the volume of emissions into the atmosphere from boilers amounted to 467 tons, in 2024 it decreased and amounted to 252 tons. To reduce emissions into the atmosphere, the city has replaced old coal, fuel oil and wood-burning boilers with modern heat sources that run on natural gas.

      For example, from 2019 to 2024, block gas boilers were built in Kirov in Versniki, Sosheni, Sidorovka, Poroshino, Yesenina and Consumer Cooperation streets, the boiler house in Russian village was modernized and converted to gas, and the coal boiler house on Zavodskoy Street, 17B was closed, transferring consumers to central heating from the CHP.
