Sports ground to be renovated in Kilmezi for new academic year
As part of the project, the sports infrastructure on the territory at the address: Hospital Street, building 1 will be completely renovated. According to the regional Ministry of Sports, the contractor has already been identified based on the results of competitive procedures.
A large-scale renovation awaits the site: there will be a modern multifunctional surface suitable for mini-football and running training, as well as a basketball zone. Outdated structures will be dismantled and a new fence will be installed in their place. The surface will be covered with rubber chips, which will allow the facility to be used even in winter, for example, as an ice rink. Locker rooms, benches, bins, lighting and video surveillance systems are also being equipped on the territory.
"The reconstruction is aimed at creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents of all ages to practice sports. Special attention is paid to the versatility of the facility," the ministry stressed.
The cost of the work exceeds 19 million rubles. After the renovation is completed, the renovated playground will become a center of attraction for outdoor enthusiasts and a venue for sporting events.
The project is being implemented within the framework of the state program "Development of Physical Culture and Sports", which is aimed at popularizing mass sports and improving conditions for physical activity.
