Two water towers have been installed in Bogorodsky district
Two new water towers were installed in the village of Taranki and the village of Spasskoye in the Bogorodsky municipal District of the Kirov region. According to the regional Ministry of Energy and Housing and Communal Services, 36 meters of water supply networks near each tower were also replaced.
According to the agency, the work carried out has significantly improved the quality of life of more than 300 local residents, according to the press service of the regional government.
The installation of water towers is part of a large—scale program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure, which is being implemented within the framework of the federal project "Modernization of Municipal Infrastructure" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life".
The government's press service recalled that 2025 was declared the year of housing and communal services by the Governor of the Kirov region, Alexander Sokolov. It is planned to carry out about 2,000 major repairs, construction and reconstruction of public facilities in the region. Special attention will be paid to suburban areas, including the neighborhoods of Lyangasovo, Komintern, Raduzhny, as well as the villages of Doronichi, Kostino and Sloboda Sosheni.
