Young hooligans were detained in Kirov.

      In Kirov, employees of the Rosgvardiya non-departmental security service detained three 19 and 20-year-old boys who staged hooliganism in public institutions during the day.

      The first call was received at the security desk around 7 a.m. from a cafe on Gorky Street. According to the administration, two visitors spent the whole night in the establishment, drinking alcohol. When the bill was brought to them, the young men refused to pay, started shouting loudly and swearing. The cafe staff pressed the alarm button.

      When checking the documents, it turned out that one of the detainees was wanted on suspicion of theft.

      An hour later, a similar incident occurred in the sauna. A 19-year-old young man also refused to pay for services, behaved aggressively, and kicked in the front door. The administration estimated the damage at 3,000 rubles.

      The three violators were handed over to the police for further investigation.
