Crows "pecked" the city budget

      In his TG channel, the head of the city administration Vyacheslav Simakov said that one of the problems existing in Kirov is the uncontrolled spread of crows. Especially in the area of public spaces, where it is easier for them to find food.

      "Last year, we used the forces of a contractor providing birds of prey to combat them. Unfortunately, this is a very expensive pleasure for the city budget. This season, we have received a proposal to involve volunteers in such work," Vyacheslav Simakov wrote.

      The city manager said that he visited the Big Nest Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, where several wasp-eating hawks live. "In the near future we will try to conduct a trial visit, according to the results of which we will already make a decision on the expediency of such work," said the head of the city administration.
