Kirov region is among the top 10 leaders in the fight against doping
The Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) has published a rating of regions demonstrating the effectiveness of work to ensure the purity of sports. The leaders included 24 subjects of the Russian Federation who scored the maximum number of points. The Kirov region became one of them.
The regional Ministry of Sports noted that the high positions in the ranking reflect the volume and quality of the anti-doping work carried out.
RUSADA expressed gratitude to all those involved in ensuring anti-doping safety and stressed the importance of fostering a culture of zero tolerance for doping among athletes and coaches throughout the country.
The award ceremony of the leading regions was held in Tambov as part of the All-Russian Forum "Win honestly! Anti-doping in youth sports".
