Acceptance of applications under the Zemsky Kultury Worker program begins in the Kirov region

      On April 15, applications for the right to receive a lump sum payment under the Zemsky Kultury Worker program will be accepted in the Kirov Region. The amount of financial support is 1 million rubles.

      The main goal of the program is to attract and support cultural workers who have arrived or moved to rural settlements, as well as cities with a population of up to 50,000 people, for employment. The participants can be specialists with higher or secondary vocational education, as well as graduates of universities, colleges and technical schools in 2025 who plan to return to work in their small homeland after completing their studies.

      The compensation payment will be provided to those employees who successfully pass the competitive selection for vacant positions in cultural organizations of the Kirov region. An important condition is the conclusion of an employment contract, according to which the specialist undertakes to work in the chosen institution for at least five years.
