The Regional Competence Center of the Kirov Region on Urban Environment Issues, established on the basis of the Kirovkommunproekt Institute, begins an annual tour of territories that were landscaped in previous years under the project "Creating a comfortable urban environment".

Contractors must eliminate these defects within the framework of warranty obligations," said Vladimir Klimentovsky, Minister of Energy and Housing of the Kirov region.
